I tried to place an order, but the pages kept jumping around and it was really hard to tell what I was supposed to do next. The communication on the site wasn’t clear at all, which got annoying quickly. I ended up giving up before finishing the order.

I ordered my usual size, and one item fit way smaller than expected, while another was actually loose. It makes it hard to trust the size chart, honestly. If a brand is going to ask customers to rely on their measurements, I feel like the sizing should be fair and consistent so people aren’t stuck guessing...

I needed to swap a jacket for a different size after my brother pointed out it looked a bit too tight on me. They did get it sorted in the end, so no major complaints, but the emails were slow and I had to follow up once. Not a terrible experience, just wish the process had been a bit smoother.

I ordered a suit from Tru Clothing because it looked really sharp in the pictures, but when it arrived the color was a little off from what I expected and the fabric didn’t look quite as nice in person. The fit was okay and delivery was smooth enough, so it wasn’t a total miss. I did reach out to support and they basically said the color can vary a bit depending on lighting and screens, which I get, but I still feel like it should’ve matched the photos more closely. Not terrible overall, just a bit disappointing.

I ain’t gonna lie, the jacket looked really nice when I first got it. The fit wasn’t bad neither, so I was happy at first. But after just a few wears, the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting no luxury jacket, but I did think the quality would be better.

It was way too pricey for what it was. I also didn’t really feel like a valued customer, more like just another ticket number being moved through the system.

I was disappointed when I saw it in person. It looks cheap and dated, not at all like what I expected. If this is the kind of quality going forward, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

I ordered a waistcoat and trousers from truclothing.com and the fit was mostly okay, so no major complaints there. It also looked good in photos. The problem for me was the fabric, it felt quite rough on my skin after wearing it for a few hours. Maybe it would be fine for a short event, but I definitely wouldn’t want to wear it all day. The whole thing was a bit frustrating. I didn’t really get any updates unless I went after them myself and asked what was going on. It felt like if I didn’t chase, I’d just be left sitting there not knowing anything. Not the worst experience ever, but the communication was rough.

The box showed up all smashed up, which was disappointing. What made it more confusing was that the email said one thing, but the delivery/condition told a totally different story. Not the best experience.
